1. Sign up here https://sbscert.sbs.co.kr/login/member/join/agree.jsp check all agree boxes and then click        “Foreigner in overseas”
2. Fill the form (don’t forget to check ID available or not) then choose image for confirmation, upload. (Phone numbers, address, email don’t need to be real)
3. Submit, no need to check email sign in immediately on voting page http://wizard2.sbs.co.kr/w3/template/tpl_iframetype.jsp?vVodId=V0000010182&vProgId=1000118&vMenuId=1004345
4. Click button at the first top left, fill ur ID and PW
